How can your fees be so much lower than a high-street agent's?
We don't run high-street branches, so we don't have their costs to cover — which means we can charge one fixed fee instead of a percentage of your rent every month. You get the same hands-on service — photos, viewings, referencing, compliance and management — without paying for a shopfront.
Is a flat fee really cheaper for me?
In almost every case, yes. A percentage agent's bill grows with your rent, while ours stays fixed. Use the savings calculator to compare your own numbers, and we'll always confirm the exact figure in writing before you commit.
Will you really handle viewings in person?
Yes. Our local team carries out accompanied viewings across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, and routine inspections too. We also visit every property before we take it on. You get real people on the ground who know the area — not a call centre.
How do you make sure tenants are reliable?
We reference up to two tenants as part of the fee — credit, employment and previous-landlord checks — and run Right to Rent checks on every adult who'll live there. Extra tenants or a guarantor are £60 each. We only put forward tenants we'd be comfortable placing in our own property.
