Common questions

How is ClickClickMove different from a high-street agent?
We're built differently. A local BCP team handles every accompanied viewing in person, and modern software handles the admin — listings, tenant enquiries, referencing, contracts, compliance — around the clock. That means clear flat-fee pricing, faster turnaround, no high-street branch overhead baked into your fees, and no markup on contractor invoices for maintenance.
What areas do you cover?
We currently cover Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole — the BCP conurbation. We're rolling out to additional UK areas through 2026, so if you're outside BCP you can register your interest and we'll let you know when we reach you.
How much does ClickClickMove charge?
Flat fees, no percentage of rent. Tenant find is £900 flat. Full management starts at £99/month for rents up to £1,500 (£129/mo for £1,500–£2,500, £159/mo above £2,500). Plus a one-off £49 instruction fee and £30 per accompanied viewing. Maintenance is coordinated at cost, with no markup. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Do you do accompanied viewings?
Yes — handled by our local team. They live in BCP, know the area better than anyone, and meet prospective tenants in person. Charged at £30 per viewing.
How long does it take to let a property?
Listings go live immediately on Rightmove, Zoopla and OpenRent. Tenant enquiries are handled around the clock and viewings are typically arranged within 24–48 hours. Time-to-let depends on the local market and the property, but our modern back office removes the typical delays of branch-based agents.
